CytoGenie.org is the software development group of the Herzenberg Laboratory at Stanford. It is also the Internet domain name for our website, which contains information on AutoGate and its online help guide.

Click on any of the folders to see available articles. If the folder has a drop-down arrow, click on the sub-folder and/or the article you want.

Click the three-bar icon. The main menu will display in place of the sidebar menu.

Whatever happened to the CytoGenie experiment planner and stain set builder?
We decommissioned it. We had built it on an older technology that would not accommodate the speed and many of the functionalities that AutoGate gives you. We are now working to include stain set building (AutoColor) and experiment planning within AutoGate.
