1. Launch AutoGate.

2. Click Start new AutoGate experiment

3. AutoGate supports .jo file, .wsp, .xml, .txt provided they have links to download the samples from the server.

Alternatively, you can specify the samples (.fcs) files if available on your computer. If so, select the first option below.

4.Below is an example of specifying a folder that has the experiment's fcs files.

5. On specifying the folder, AutoGate reads the samples and brings up the AutoCompensation Wizard with the experiment details.

1. Launch AutoGate

2. AutoGate detects any existing experiment available on that computer and presents for selection in the below table

3. Select an experiment from the list to work with.

4. On selection, AutoGate brings up the AutoCompensation Wizard with the experiment details.

Note, if the experiment has Autocompensation steps completed, it opens up the AutoGating tree.

1. Launch AutoGate

2. Specify samples or .jo file to open the experiment

3. When the experiment is open in the Wizard, click on 'Yes, import sample, reagent and gating information' checkbox at the top

4. It then presents you with the existing experiment list. Select the experiment that you want to import the details from.
