We @Herzenberg lab have come up with a new Exhaustive Projection Pursuit (EPP) method of FAST modal clustering and edge-finding that is tuned for EPP 2-way splits. To run this method, follow the steps below.
1. Select the gate and click on EPP
2. In the Configure EPP window, click on the splitting method drop down and choose Polygons via V3 modal clustering.
3. Select the parameters, review the settings and once confirmed, click OK
4. To compare this with the old EPP method, select Polygons via DBM clustering
